- ReyGame and Rey Launcher version.
- Operating system and whether it is 64-bit.
- CPU, GPU, available memory, and graphics-driver version.
- Exact steps that reproduce the problem.
- What you expected and what happened instead.
- A screenshot, short video, or relevant part of
log.txt.
Debug logs are stored locally. Review them before sharing because they may contain technical details about your device or game session.
Account, privacy, or payment requests
Do not post passwords, reset links, payment credentials, full PayPal records, or other private data in a public channel. Start with a brief description and Rey will direct you to a private contact method when sensitive information is needed.
